About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, proposal management, and strategic negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through online research, networking, and industry events.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
- Conduct client meetings and present customized business proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Negotiate proposals, pricing, NDAs, and MSAs.
- Collaborate with management and marketing teams to drive growth strategies.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Ensure client retention through regular follow-ups and feedback.
