About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and skilled IT Administrator with 2–5 years of experience to manage our company’s IT systems and infrastructure. The role involves maintaining servers, networks, and user systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate should also possess a strong understanding of IT documentation and asset management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems, servers, and networks.
- Monitor and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and data backups.
- Maintain IT documentation – including asset records, access logs, and change reports.
- Ensure network security and apply system updates and patches regularly.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement and support services.
- Provide technical support and training to team members when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as an IT/System Administrator.
- Good understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, and firewall management.
- Experience with Azure Products.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as ITIL.
- Experience with cloud platforms or virtualisation tools.
