About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can transform ideas into intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a solid understanding of user behavior, and hands-on experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and UI mockups.
- Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with team leader, developers, and stakeholders.
- Ensure design consistency through style guides, design systems, and component libraries.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
- Deliver pixel-perfect designs aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Knowledge of user research methods and usability testing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
